DAY 01:
TRELEW / PENìNSULA VALDÈS
Arrival at Trelew Airport and transfer to hotel in Puerto Madryn. Free time and lodging. Overnight in Puerto Madryn.DAY 02:
PENÌNSULA VALDÈS
After breakfast we will leave early to the North to visit the Area Natural protected of Península Valdés, among its main points to travel, we firstly have the interpretation centre, Ameghino isthmus, located at the entrance of the reserve. From there, we will be able to see both gulfs at the same time; and from his vantage point we will have a first notion of the geographical features of the peninsula, its accidents on the bird island and coastal. Following the trip, distant 100 km Puerto Madryn, we will find the Villa Turística de Puerto Piràmides. From this natural port we can, optionally, perform the whale watching boats specially prepared. Continuing the tour, we will visit Caleta Valdès, elephants and sea lions colony located at the eastern end of the peninsula. It boasts of parador, toilets, and trails toward the coast. Placing us at this point, in front to the sea, we will experience feelings of grandeur and beauty representing the open ocean and its surroundings. Overnight in Puerto Madryn.DAY 03:
PUERTO MADRYN / EL PEDRAL
Breakfast and departure to explore El Pedral stay, located in the area of Punta Ninfas, 80 km from Puerto Madryn, which boasts a unique landscape. It is the landform that divides the Golfo Nuevo from the rest of the Argentine Sea. During the excursion we will be make a trekking the ancient canyons of fossils. We will also see Magellanic penguins and elephant seals (if time of these animals), given characteristics of stay and access to animals, we will see them very close and exclusivity, as groups are reduced. In the quiet of the middle of the steppe we will have a unique landscape of Patagonia that is against the position the warm area of the room where the lunch will be held. Return to Puerto Madryn. PUERTO MADRYN / TRELEW / COMODORO RIVADAVIA
Breakfast and departure to Trelew to pick up our car and begin our journey to South across National Route 3 until arrival at Comodoro Rivadavia. Lodging. Since here we can visit the touristic town of Rada Tilly or their port. Overnight in Comodoro Rivadavia.DAY 05:
COMODORO RIVADAVIA / PETRIFIED WOOD/PERITO MORENO
After breakfast, we will leave for the west to reach the town of Perito Moreno crossing the Patagonian plateau, on the way you can visit the Perified Wood “Sarmiento”, continue the trip and arrival and lodging in the Perito Moreno town. Overnight in Perito Moreno town.DAY 06:
CUEVA DE MANOS
After breakfast, we will make the visit to the Cueva de Manos, where we will find remains of cave paintings, a sign of an earlier civilization start to drive Cueva de Manos located in the canyon of Pinturas river. Return and night in Perito Moreno town.DAY 07:
PERITO MORENO / EL CHALTÈN
After breakfast we will begin our departure, we will drive to El Chaltèn. Arrival and accommodation. Overnight in El Chaltèn.DAY 08:
EL CHALTÈN
Breakfast and start some self guide trekking such us: Cerro Torre or Cerro Fitz Roy. Overnight in El Chaltèn.DAY 09:
EL CHALTÈN
Breakfast and free day to use to do some self-guide trekking such us; Laguna de los Tres, Lago Torre, Laguna Capri. Overnight in El Chaltèn.DAY 10
EL CHALTÈN / EL CALAFATE – Perito Moreno Glaciers / DROP OFF RENTAL CAR
After breakfast, we will leave to El Calafate, where we can visit on our own the famous Los Glaciares National Park and admire its most famous Perito Moreno glacier. Back in the afternoon to El Calafate and drop off our rental car. Overnight in El Calafate.DAY 11
EL CALAFATE / ESTANCIA CRISTINA DISCOVERY
Breakfast and departure to Puerto Banderas, where we will begin the excursion “Estancia Cristina Discovery tour”. Located on the Northwest coast of Lago Argentino, in the end of the Brazo Cristina, Estancia Cristina keeps a unique place in Los Glaciares National Park. The Upsala glacier located a few kilometers from the ranch, it is one of the largest in Los Glaciares National Park. Navigation in the Lago Argentino among icebergs and mountains and then we will visit Estancia Cristina, it is transformed into a perfect combination of nature, adventure, history and pleasure. We will sail the North Arm and Channel Upsala (main front of Upsala Glacier), continue in 4x4 truck vehicle to the Mirador Upsala (round trip), we will make the historic visit to the museum and we can also walk around the ranch. In the afternoon, we will embark to make the return to El Calafate. Overnight in El Calafate.DAY 12
EL CALAFATE / BUENOS AIRES
Breakfast and transfer to El Calafate airport to take our flight to return to Buenos Aires. Transfers in/out Trelew/Puerto Madryn – regular service with English/Spanish speaking guide
