Itineraries

Day 01: WALKING CITY TOUR – PARIS OF SOUTH AMERICA + TASTING DINNER TOUR

Breakfast and tour of the city, The walk is on the areas of Retiro and Recoleta, where Buenos Aires most clearly expresses its Parisian character. Plaza San Martín is one of the best examples of the belle époque, being the place where the upper class families settled and built their impressive residences at the turn of the century. We also visit other spots which evidently follow the French pattern: Alvear Avenue and Pellegrini square. In the evening, you go to enjoy a different dinner with Argentine flavors. The tasting include an appetizer (real taste of authentic empanadas), 2nd main course, parilla (grilled meat), along with an excellent glass of Argentinian Malbec, then, you tasting our typical desert with Argentina’s famous dulce de leche. To finish it all up, we’ll try some mate, then you back to hotel to rest. Overnight in Buenos Aires

DAY 02: NAVIGATION TO RIO DE LA PLATA WITH LUNCH + TASTING WINE

Our sailing out of Puerto Madero aboard a comfortable boat specially prepared to enjoy lunch on board. This tour allows us to appreciate the city of Buenos Aires navigating the widest river in the world. We are return at afternoon and going to Palermo neighborhood, here are waiting for a tasting and discovered wines from Argentina with traditional tapas paired with each wine, we will learn about Terroirs, Varietals, Vinification and all about this fantastic world, we enjoy and leisure our time. Return at afternoon al hotel. Overnight in Buenos Aires

DAY 03: CLASS OF “ASADO”

Day free, in the afternoon, we started our experience going to one of the most prestigious steakhouses of Puerto Madero, there will be waiting to learn about our Argentine symbol "asado" and way of cooking in the heat of the coals. We learn the secrets and techniques to have an ideal fire and to prepare our steaks the best Argentine style. Know about the different cuts of the animal, and cook it ourselves, then we will taste our preparation (meats, chorizo, kidney, sweetbreads) We know sauces used in this dish as Salsa Criolla and chimichurri. We enjoy our preparation tasting an Argentine malbec and a traditional dessert. We ended our experience taking us a degree of "criollo grill" Overnight in Buenos Aires.

DAY 04: BUENOS AIRES TRANSFER OUT
