Itineraries
DAY 01:
MENDOZA
Arrival in Mendoza airport and transfer to hotel. Lodging and accommodation. Free time. Optional dinner at Wine Bar. Overnight in Mendoza city.
DAY 02:
MENDOZA / WORKING MY LAND
After breakfast, we will transfer to the important wine region of Lujàn de Cuyo. Here, they expect us to have a close experience with the land of the wine, like taking care of the vineyard, the winter pruning, summer defoliation or the harvest, always depending on the time in which we are.
Then, we will visit the winery to know its production and will taste their products. Later, we will enjoy lunch in the winery with a special selection of regional wines. Return in the afternoon to the city of Mendoza. Overnight in Mendoza city.
DAY 03:
MENDOZA / BIKE & TASTING
In the morning, we will go to the famous area of Chacras de Coria, in the department of Lujan de Cuyo, distant only 30 minutes from the city of Mendoza. Once arrived, our guide will give a safety briefing and introduction of the outstanding features of the area to go.
We will pass the picturesque streets of this district. Upon reaching the first selected wine cellar they will be waiting us to see its facilities. We will see the production process and will taste some of their wines.
We will continue to the second wine cellar to visit, where we will appreciate different style of drawing and architecture. Past noon, we will enjoy lunch at the winery or restaurant, accompanied by local wines. After lunch, we will go to the last traditional Mendoza winery.
Then, we will return to the base where we will leave the bikes, to start back to town. On the way, we will make a stop to taste products from a small local producer specializing in the production of liqueurs, jams, typical argentine “dulce de leche” and handmade chocolates. Return in the afternoon to the city of Mendoza. Overnight in Mendoza city.
DAY 04:
MENDOZA / TRANSFER OUT
Breakfast and transfer to Mendoza airport to take flight to return.
