It is a privileged corner in one of the highest wine-growing areas in the world. It is the golden cradle of two of the country's sublime reds: the San Pedro de Yacochuya, malbec with a touch of cabernet sauvignon, and the premium Yacochuya, plain, without adjectives but with Rolland's signature. The winery has a production capacity of 90,000 litres and is equipped with the latest technology. The 60-year-old red vines are grown in the "espalier" method -rows of vines formed by two stakes, one at each end, joined by wires to guide vertical growth. They are irrigated by furrows with spring water. The sun, the thermal amplitude and the characteristics of a soil blessed by its richness give them the finishing touches to make them unique in their kind.
